Prices and discounts

• The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with a minimum occupancy of 2 - 4 persons.
• For each additional person, we charge €30 per night.
• The prices include: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity, heating and final cleaning.
• Starting from 01.01.2014 a mandatory community residence tax of €1.75 per person per night is applicable to all guests over 14 years of age. This tax is due upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.

Children

• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

• Please note that we only accept pets on request

Additional charges and payment terms

• Deposit: We accept written reservations via e-mail. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a €100 deposit per week. Please include your name as the payment reference.

• Payment: Cash payment is required on-site.
  The cash limit in Italy as of 2023 is €4,999.99. The following means of payment are also still permitted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival & departure

• Arrival: On the day of arrival, we expect you to arrive anytime after 2 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but please note that the apartment will only be ready for your stay at 2 p.m. In case of a delay, please notify us in advance.
• Departure: On the day of departure, please leave your holiday apartment by 9.30. a.m. Different check-out times are possible upon request.

Cancellation policy

• In case of no-show or cancellation up to three days prior to arrival we will charge the full accommodation price for the entire period. In the event of an early departure, the entire booked period will be charged, too.
• From the time of booking until three months before arrival, cancellation is free of charge. Any deposit will be credited towards a subsequent stay.
• In the event of a cancellation between three and one month prior to arrival, we will retain 30% of the deposit.
• In case of cancellation less than one month before arrival, we charge 70% of the total price.
• For cancellations 3 days or less before arrival, we charge 100% of the total price.
