General conditions

Prices and discounts

• The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with a minimum occupancy of 2 - 4 persons.
• For each additional person, we charge €30 per night.
• The prices include: bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity, heating and final cleaning.
• Starting from 01.01.2014 a mandatory community residence tax of €1.75 per person per night is applicable to all guests over 14 years of age. This tax is due upon departure and will be shown separately on the invoice.

Children

• Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

Pets

• Please note that we only accept pets on request

Additional charges and payment terms

• Deposit: We accept written reservations via e-mail. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a €100 deposit per week. Please include your name as the payment reference.

• Payment: Cash payment is required on-site.
  The cash limit in Italy as of 2023 is €4,999.99. The following means of payment are also still permitted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival & departure

• Arrival: On the day of arrival, we expect you to arrive anytime after 2 p.m. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but please note that the apartment will only be ready for your stay at 2 p.m. In case of a delay, please notify us in advance.
• Departure: On the day of departure, please leave your holiday apartment by 9.30. a.m. Different check-out times are possible upon request.

Cancellation policy

• We kindly request your understanding that, in case of short-notice cancellations (within 3 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday) the deposit will not be refunded.
• If you fail to occupy the booked accommodation for the agreed-upon period without prior cancellation, you will be obligated to pay 80% of the total agreed price. In the case of early departure or late arrival, you will be charged for the days you stayed in the apartment plus 80% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
