Prices and discounts

The prices apply for a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimum 2 - 4 persons.
For every additional person we charge 20 €/night.
The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning.

As of 01.01.2014, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 1.75 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

For your four-legged family members we charge 7 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 100 € per week has been paid.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

For stays of less than 3 days there is a surcharge of € 25 per person and night.

Payment: Please pay cash on site.

Since December 6th 2011, according to the Legislative Decree 201/2011, in Italy it is no longer allowed to pay amounts above € 999.99 in cash. The following payment methods are accepted: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10. Other times are possible upon request.

We ask for your understanding that in case of cancellations at short notice (3 weeks prior to the beginning of your holiday) the deposit will not be reimbursed.
In case you don’t move into the booked accommodation for the agreed period without a cancellation you are obligated to pay 80% of the agreed total price. In case of early departure or late arrival you pay the price for the days you stayed in the apartment plus 80% of the agreed price for the remaining but unused services.
